Over five years ago, Fresh Start Solutions was founded by Mike Forsyth. With decades of experience in HVAC and sales, Mike wanted to be able to serve Windsor Essex home owners in his own way; with a high attention to detail and a client-first approach.

Our team sources equipment and supplies locally whenever possible. We work to find the lowest cost, highest quality solutions for our clients. When there are subsidies or rebates available through the government, we make sure our clients get them. Our team of skilled HVAC technicians and contractors get things done the right way, the first time.

In more than one way, our team prioritizes supporting local businesses, organizations, and charities. Whenever possible, we source materials and equipment from local suppliers.

We are also proud to support a number of local charities, including Iris House and The Soup Shack. The Iris House offers safe, secure. and supportive housing to individuals suffering from persistent, serious mental illness. Iris House helps keep its clients out of psychiatric wards and off the streets. 

The Soup Shack offers people in Downtown Windsor experiencing homeless a warm smile, delicious food, and a welcoming environment.
